Right click on the 'Remote Access Host' icon available on the system tray. Select 'Upgrade remote Access Host' option from the menu. This enables you to upgrade to the latest version of Remote Access Host. 

To use the remote printing feature, ensure that 'Remote Access Host' application is installed on the host machine.

Next, right click on the 'RemotePC' icon in the system tray. Select ‘Install Remote Printing Support’ from the menu.

To print files from the host machine from ‘Remote Access Viewer’, choose the required files from the Host machine. Go to File menu > Print. The following ‘Print’ screen appears. On this screen, select the printer as ‘RemotePC Image Printer’. Click on the ‘OK’ button.

Now, you can view ‘Windows Picture & Fax Viewer' screen. Click on the ‘Print’ icon in this screen to proceed.

The following ‘Photo Printing Wizard’ will open. This wizard tells you how to print your files through Remote Access Viewer.

Click on the 'Next >' button to continue.

Click on the 'Next >' button to continue, click ‘Select All’ button to print all the pictures.

Select the printer attached to your local machine and click on the 'Next >' button.

Select the required layout from the ‘Layout Selection’ wizard. Click on the ‘Next >’ button to  get the printout.
