Simply sign up for a Remote meeting account and login with your Username and Password, directly from the web.

The Remote Meeting session starts within a few seconds and once the meeting begins, the Remote Meeting status screen is displayed. Using the options on this screen and the tray icon, you can conduct the meeting.

In the 'Remote Meeting Status' window, a license number appears at the top.
You can use the 'Copy/Paste' option to send the license number to participants via chat, email or over telephone.
As the participants join the meeting, their status gets reflected as 'Attendee'.
You can also download the application to conduct the remote meeting.
Follow the steps listed below to start an online meeting:
1. Install the Remote Meeting application. Once the installation is complete, the Remote Meeting icon appears on the tray menu.
2. Right-click the Remote Meeting icon in the tray menu and click the 'Start a Meeting' option.

You are prompted to enter your Remote Meeting Username and Password. Also, the organizer is required to enter a name to identify them self to other participants.

On successful login, the 'Remote Meeting Status' window is displayed, as shown above.
