Special Note
RemotePC uses two levels of authentication for additional security. First is your RemotePC account username/password used to signup for the service. The second relates to the remote computer or the Host, which you need to connect from elsewhere. The information shared at the second stage is not stored anywhere, including RemotePC servers. It cannot be retrieved even by our personnel, if lost.
Setting up the Remote Access Host is simple. Download and install the Host application. After installing the Remote Access Host, you will be prompted for RemotePC server authentication, followed by the host computer registration.
